Q: Where exactly is the location?
Q: How can I check in?
A: The information regarding key handover is kept private and will be provided 1-2 days before your check-in date as a reminder. If you do not receive the message on the day of check-in, please contact us.
Q: Can I have an early check-in?
A: It depends on the guest staying the night before. The checkout time is at 12 PM, and cleaning begins after that. We set the check-in time to allow for the necessary preparation. Therefore, if there is no guest staying the night before, it might be possible to check in from the morning. Additionally, there are other considerations, such as the cleaning staff’s days off (Saturdays and Sundays in Bangkok, and Wednesdays in Si Racha). Please inquire each time for availability. If you don’t mind checking in during the cleaning process, we will do our best to accommodate your request, such as allowing check-in after 1 PM. Please feel free to contact us.
Q: Don't you rent motorbikes?
A: We used to offer motorbike rentals in Bangkok, but we have stopped this service due to the increased crackdowns by the Thai police in recent years. In particular, please be aware that in tourist areas such as Phuket and Chiang Mai, there are checkpoints specifically targeting foreign tourists.
Q: Are there any public transportation options nearby?
A: There is a BRT bus station right in front of the condominium. The BRT has dedicated lanes on the road, allowing you to access BTS Chong Nonsi without being affected by traffic.
Q: I left my phone on the bus! What should I do?
A: Unfortunately, the chances of finding lost items in Thailand are low, but there have been cases where lost items were found. Please contact to MALEE’S CONCIERGE.
Q: Is there a parking lot?
A: Only the listing in Bangkok has a dedicated parking lot. For detailed information on how to use the parking lot, click here.
*To prevent any issues, we do not usually hand over the parking lot key. If you wish to use the parking lot, please let us know in advance.
Q: What type of power plugs can be used in Thailand?

In Thailand, there are five types of power outlets: A, B, B3, BF, and C. The voltage in Thailand is 220 volts, and the frequency is 50 Hz.

Q: Tell me your phone number.
Sorry, as stated in our house rules, we do not handle phone calls because we are not fluent in conversational English. (However, we can communicate via messages—we love ChatGPT!) Instead, we have compiled all the necessary information on our website, so please make use of it.
Q: Please explain the location of the condominium (apartment) to the taxi driver over the phone.
To avoid confusion for taxi drivers, we do not provide directions over the phone. For detailed local information about taxis and addresses in Thailand, please refer to the respective LOCATION pages below. These pages are designed so that taxi drivers can understand them when shown.
*We do not consider phone support to be a wise solution, as it may only confuse taxi drivers and cause unnecessary concern for our guests without actually resolving the issue. Additionally, we are not available 24/7 to respond to all guest inquiries in real-time. This means that we may not always be able to take calls at the exact moment you get into a taxi. As a result, we do not want to keep you waiting or take up your valuable time due to phone call delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: 【PHUKET】The Wi-Fi is unstable. I would like to use a different Wi-Fi network (CHUSRI, CHUSRI-5G, CHUSRI FLOOR 1), so could you please provide the password?
MALEE’S HOME PHUKET, the following networks displayed on your Wi-Fi list belong to the neighboring building and are managed by a different owner, so they are not available for use:
・CHUSRI
・CHUSRI-5G
・CHUSRI FLOOR 1
Please use “chusri hotel 5G”, which is the network we provide.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unstable Wi-Fi connection. However, our concept is to offer guests an “experience of local Thai life,” and the current environment reflects the reality of the local area in Thailand. This is an apartment building where local Thai residents also live in other rooms. We appreciate your kind understanding.
